Refund/Return Policy

Our policy only covers product that is damaged and reported within 5 days of receipt. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Should you find anything has broken, please do not handle the product to avoid injury.

If you received damaged product, please email [email protected] the following within 5 days:

Subject line – “Damage – Order #xxxx” (quote your original order # please)

Please include pictures of the damage, showing the bottles can’t be consumed, and any written explanation required.

Please indicate if you would like replacement product shipped out (free of charge), or a refund for the damaged units.

Once we receive your request, we will review and reach out if we require any additional information. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with replacement shipment tracking or your refund. Requests will be processed within 3 business days
